We all have a part to play in making Fairgreen Community an attractive community. Well-kept yards and common areas send the message, "welcome to our community, we love it here and take pride in our surroundings and our cooperative.”

Fairgreen is committed to maintaining the condition and appearance of our common areas. We need all members to help show care for personal yard areas as well. Please take the time and pride to assure that your yard meets (or exceeds) Fairgreen's minimum standards. In a positive way, here’s what The Board would like you to do, both homeowner and lessee;

  • Remove all trash and trash cans from the front of your property regularly;
  • Cut your grass regularly; Trim your bushes and trees so that they do not obstruct sidewalks or your neighbor’s property;
  • Repair broken windows, doors and garage doors;
  • Paint your home to avoid fading and rotting wood;
  • Remove mildew from brick and siding;
  • Keep your fencing in good repair;
  • Keep your driveway free of stains and discoloring;
  • Keep vehicles from the front of your home that are not moved daily;
  • Keep your children safe by not playing sports in our streets;
  • Remove basketball goals from our streets;
  • Keep your pets safe by keeping them on a leash;
  • Interact with your neighbors to know them and help them keep our neighborhood beautiful;
  • Help us maintain a safe neighborhood by reporting criminal activity and mischief that destroys our neighborhood;
  • Support our efforts by paying your neighborhood dues;
  • Every home improvement you make increases the value of your home.
