HEAVY TRASH PICK UP: 2nd WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH

The Homeowners Association Meeting will now be held on the Second Tuesday of every month

Report loose dogs........281-999-3191 (Harris County Animal Control)
It is against the law for pets to roam loose. This includes cats. Pets with access to public sidewalks, streets or neighbor's property may be impounded. This includes animals tied or staked. www.countypets.com
As a pet owner, it is your responsibility to make sure that your pet is always on a leash when outside in public. If your animal is not secured and hurts someone, or damage a neighbor's property, you could face charges and be sued.

Parties with Loud Music
As a party host, it is your responsibility to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after midnight. Please be considerate of your neighbors when having a social gathering at your home. Here are a few helpful hints when planning your gathering.

  • Let your neighbors know about your party in advance, as this may reduce concerns about parking or noise later. Give them your contact details so that they can contact you directly with any concerns they may have on the night, rather than the police.
  • Keep music indoors and move guests inside later on in the night.
  • Make sure that your sound system speakers are not facing directly towards a neighbor.
  • Think about turning down the bass; it is often the bass noise that bothers neighbors. Turning down bass controls or turning off subwoofers can help to control noise levels.
  • Ask guests to be quiet when they leave.
  • Avoid using front yards or street frontages as this is more likely to elicit complaints from neighbors.
  • Remember that registering your party with police is not a license to make as much noise as you want.
